Transformers 2 Revenge of the Fallen Trailer Premiere

There was as special screening for the new Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen trailer in LA on April 29th and E.T. was there to capture the moment. They also scored some interviews with Director Michael Bay, Shia LaBeouf, and Tyrese Gibson.

TF2 more images of San Pedro

New Transformers 2 images have been posted on the Transformers Movie Live Action Blog. The images variously show Optimus Prime and Ironhide, the mysterious Ice Cream truck, the equally mysterious buggies and trucks bearing the name "NEST" somewhere on them, and a wide shot showing neon Chinese signs, similarly to those seen at Bethlehem Steel.

Shia LaBeouf involved in a road collision

LaBeouf was arrested and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) after his truck flipped across a road and collided with another vehicle in Hollywood on Sunday.

The moviemaker Michael Bay has confirmed LaBeouf's injury has cost the movie some set-backs. Bay adds, "I spoke to him yesterday in the hospital. His two fingers are pretty mashed, but we're figuring out a way to shoot around it, kind of write it in the story."

Isabel Lucas in Transformers 2

The director Michael Bay has confirmed on his message board that he has cast Aussie actress Isabel Lucas for the role of "Alice" in the sequel. Isabel to replace Megan Fox in the leading role in the sequel.
And Megan Fox Topless! Megan's on the set of her new movie "Jennifer's Body" and I've got to say that Megan's body is simply incredible.

Paramount Sets Transformers 2 Release Date

Despite a recent comment from Transformers director Michael Bay that the studio hasn't been going full speed ahead on a sequel because of the possible strike next year, Paramount Pictures has now set a June 26, 2009 release date for Transformers 2. It is unclear who all will return for the sequel, as far as crew and cast members. Hopefully we'll know more soon.

Transformers 2 Scheduled For Summer 2009 Release

Looks like the speculation is over. According to the LATimes, Transformers 2 is scheduled for the summer of 2009 and both Steven Spielberg and Michael Bay have signed up for it.
